Go ahead, kids...get messy! That's what kids do, right? At least mine do! They mess up faster than I can clean up, and that includes the food they eat right here at our kitchen table. I have no idea why the apple juice will inevitably spill, pizza sauce will drip, and ketchup will wind up everywhere but on the hot dog! I go through a few sponges and a roll of paper towels every two days it seems. More importantly, I want so badly the shabby chic kitchen table I saw in the newest Pottery Barn catalog, which my husband refuses to buy until the kids get older and more respectful of our things. Well, here's one suggestion to help keep your table clean, or at least presentable. We just love these cool personalized placemats that make mealtime more fun and clean up super simple! Design on front is repeated on back. How cute are they? Oh.. and check out our placemats for adults, too... if your family dynamic is like mine, your husband may need one just as much as your kids:-)
